Strategic Financial Advisory

Bringing unparalleled, global, senior level M&A, capital raising and strategy advisory to corporates

Our Philosophy

We do advisory the old-fashioned way – as a thoughtful, active partner.

Amax Capital was founded with the objective of providing specialized strategic finance advisory without the conflicts of larger institutions. We bring the same quality of advice to all our clients – from start-up companies to multinational corporations.

We believe businesses operate in a global context irrespective of their size or location. Hence, we utilize the international experience and local market knowledge of our team to craft globally-aware, locally-relevant solutions for our clients.

We create optimal outcomes for our clients by blending our unique understanding of the full spectrum of capital solutions – from credit to equity – as well as various approaches to achieve optimal outcomes. Our advisory is based first on crafting an optimal solution based on our client’s objectives and then delivering a high quality transaction process.

We see ourselves as a partner to our clients which is evident in our roll-up-the-sleeves-and-go-to-work style.
